The cabinet on Tuesday agreed to invoke the Internal Security Act (ISA) from March 11-23 to cope with the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship's (UDD) mass protest rally, as recommended by the security monitoring committee, acting government spokesman Panitan Wattanayagorn said.
